International Conference "The European Order of Research and Cross-Border Evidence in the European Union"

   During its two days this Conference will deal with the following topics "International Judicial Cooperation for the Collection and Transmission of Criminal Evidence, Particular Cases in Judicial Cooperation in Probatory Matters, The European Investigation Order and the Cross-Border Evidence and its Incorporation in the Spanish Criminal Procedure".
