Basis for the presentation of communications:
1. They may submit the communication proposal of university professors, as well as people who are studying, or are graduates, of university studies of Master and Doctorate.
2. The required proposals deal specifically with aspects related to the theme of the International Congress. As a general rule, it will be necessary for the communication to be prepared by a single author. Only, exceptionally, it will admit communications prepared by up to two authors, being an indispensable requirement that, if the proposal is selected, it will be defended publicly in the International Congress by one of them.
3. The full text of the proposal must be submitted, the length of which must be between 7,000 and 9,000 words. In addition, the complete text that is submitted must conform to the International Congress style standards, which can be consulted in the following link.
4. The International Congress will have a Communications Selection Committee, which will be composed of the members of the Organizing Committee of the Congress.
5. In order for the submitted communication to access the evaluation and selection process, it will be an essential requirement that the author or authors have validly registered, previously, in the International Congress. Therefore, it will be necessary for them, together with the full text of their communication, to submit proof of registration at the International Congress.
6. The deadline for submitting proposals will end on Friday, March 13, 2020, at 23:00 Spanish time. Before Tuesday, March 17, 2020 at 11:00 p.m. in Spain, the Selection Committee will notify interested parties that they have communications that have been selected for public defense, from among those who meet the bases set forth herein.
7. The required communication proposals should be sent, together with the valid registration accreditation to the International Congress, to the email address jsbernal@usal.es indicating in the subject of the email "COMMUNICATION PROPOSAL", as well as indicating the full name and affiliation or origin of the interested party.
8. The selected communications must be defended orally in person by the author (or one of the authors) at the tables established for this purpose during the Congress. The exhibition cannot exceed 10 minutes and, in it, presentations cannot be used (Power Point, Prezi, etc.)
Only exceptionally, and for duly justified reasons to be assessed by the Selection Committee, will the non-face defense of the communication be allowed. The route or format of such defense shall be agreed, where appropriate, between the interested party and the Selection Committee.
9. The corresponding communication defense certificate will be issued by the Organization of the International Congress.
10. Communications may eventually be the subject of publication once the International Congress has ended.
