The Division of Criminal Justice at California State University, Sacramento invites applications for a tenure-track Assistant Professor position. This is a Generalist Faculty position. Duties will include:
- Teaching undergraduate and graduate courses;
- Engaging in scholarly activities;
- Serving on Division, College and University Committees;
- Academic advising;
- Providing service to the community;
- Supervising undergraduate and Master’s student research;
- Developing other undergraduate/ graduate courses in area of specialization as needed;
- Willingness to participate in offcampus teaching and distance and distributed education.
The candidate should have an earned doctoral degree in criminal justice or a related discipline. ABDs will be considered. If ABD, candidates will be required to complete the doctoral degree by August 2020.
Salary is dependent upon qualifications and professional experience.
