EspañolThe UIC163-Sructural Integrity is a research group of the UBU, recognized as a excellence research group by the community of Castilla y Leon (Spain). This group develops its activity in the field of the evaluation of the integrity, durability and safety for structural design. The research lines of the UIC-163 include all aspects related to the evaluation of the integrity and durability of materials, components and structures. The group is composed by a number of national recognized researches in the fields of fatigue, fracture, creep, design of components under extreme conditions, etc. The group has been collaborating for several years with the most important companies of our environment, which has allowed the consolidation of an expert group in experimental techniques and numerical simulation.
