Enrollment

Enrollment is done through an automated enrollment sequence

Step 1.

If you are ready to formally enroll, please register in the link. Be sure to select the option for the ATPD Burgos University Degree.

Select your desired training start date: October 2026.

Step 2.

Fill in all student details carefully. It is very important that the information is accurate and belongs to the student, as it will be used to activate all the platforms the student will use for studying.

Step 3.

Select your preferred method of payment for the application.

Please make sure you are prepared to upload a copy of your passport/ID​ and pay your application deposit by Wire Transfer.

You will be required to upload a scanned copy of your proof of wire payment using the same email address you used on your application.

Step 4.

You will receive a test code to take the entrance exam. If you are not ready to take it immediately, you can access the exam later using the following link:
https://onboarding.flybyschool.com/login

Please log in using the email and password you created in Step 2.

Make sure you are relaxed and seated at your computer with a stable internet connection. Once you start an exam, you must complete it in one sitting.

There is no requirement to take all exams at the same time—you can complete them separately at your convenience.

Step 5.

If you passed the entrance exam, you will receive an email confirming your results along with detailed test scores.

1. Continue following the instructions provided in the FlyBy onboarding platform to complete all required documentation: https://onboarding.flybyschool.com/login

2. If you do not yet have the study certificate required to access higher education in your home country, you can continue the admission process via email at pilotdegree@ubu.es. They will provide the necessary documents to proceed with your visa application.

Important: Remember that the visa process should be started at least 60 days before your arrival in Spain.
