The University of Burgos Presents Its Commercial Pilot Degree at the Aula 2025 Fair (Madrid) and at the Saló De L'Ensenyament 2025 (Barcelona) (from March 26th to 30th, 2025)
The Degree in Commercial Pilot team of the University of Burgos (UBU), together with the aviation school FlyBy Aviation Academy, has participated in two fairs simultaneously, held from 26 to 30 March 2025. These have allowed us to reach more students nationwide to publicize the Degree in Commercial Pilot for Passenger and Cargo Transport of the University of Burgos. Our program offers students training that combines theory and practice, allowing them to obtain an official international flight license and access various opportunities within the aviation sector.
The Aula 2025 Fair was held at IFEMA in Madrid. The slogan “Multiply your future with Mathematics and STEM vocations”, places special emphasis on promoting disciplines related to Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics, hence the acronym in English (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics). In this context, the UBU degree stands out as an educational option aligned with these areas of knowledge in the aeronautical sector. In addition, this event is recognized as one of the main meeting points in Spain for students seeking academic and professional guidance for their future, with more than 120,000 visitors attending this event this year.
The Saló de l'Ensenyament 2025, located in the Montjuïc exhibition center of Fira de Barcelona, had more than 250 exhibitors, including affiliated universities and vocational training centers. This event is a benchmark in Catalonia, in terms of academic and professional guidance, attracting thousands of young people who are finishing their E.S.O., Compulsory Secondary Education, and Baccalaureate. It is worth noting that this year has been at an all-time high with more than 109,000 attendees.
The students who have approached our information booths most of them have been groups of E.S.O. students interested in knowing which branch of Bachillerato to choose to access later to our University Degree, not being this a specific requirement to access our Degree. Another interested group was high school students who wanted to know the duration, budget, and academic plan of this innovative degree. This degree offers students the opportunity to leave their comfort zone within the national territory, in a city as comfortable as Burgos, in constant contact with students from an international environment.
The participation of the University of Burgos, together with FlyBy Aviation Academy, in this event reaffirms our commitment to educational excellence and internationalization, offering students a quality academic option in the field of aviation.
