Spanish language requirements

Most courses are taught in Spanish. Highly recommended B1 level in Spanish.

If you can’t certify a B1 level of Spanish, you will be required either to take an Intensive Online Course or attend the 40-hour Intensive Spanish Course (A1/A2) prior to the beginning of the semester. This doesn't apply to students coming from Italy, Portugal or Brazil.

How can I certify my Spanish command?

• No specific certificate is required.
• Any oficial certificate will be valid.
• A certificate or report issued by your university will be valid.

University of Burgos offers Spanish intensive courses at the beginning of each semester and 50-hour regular courses along the academic year.
