This map attends to the Cohesion Fund and the average of the decided amount over total planned by country. Looking at this ratio, Bulgaria and Portugal are the countries with the lowest average, both being around 65%.
On the other hand, and with a higher ratio are Romania, Hungary, or Cyprus. These three countries have an average over 100%, it means that they have decided an amount higher than the planned one. This is because the countries look for reduce the risk of their projects and make sure they decide the total of their planned amount.
Representation of the total spent amount of the projects over total decided
This EU MAP shows the Cohesion Fund and the average of the ratio spent amount over total decided by country. All the averages are low, with Lithuania and Estonia being the only countries with an average amount spent above half of their decided amount.
The situation of Croatia and Romania stands out, having spent only 17% and 16% of their decided amount respectively, and being the countries with a lower average.
