Note: The residents will be staying fot the academic whole year (3 terms). Once the stay ends, residents can apply for their permanence within the opening dates to the Manager of the Hall of Residence. Each request will be solved by the Manager giving an answer in a particular way on the facts in each case. If the application for long stay is accepted, the fee of itinerant guest would be enforced.

Resident payments will be made quarterly from the beginning of the academic year.

During June, the resident may remain in the Hall of Residence, prior communication and therefore, according to the current fees, the resident will pay out the extended period.

Periods for the year course

FRESHMEN

• From 4^th September (entering at meal time) to 21^st December (time of leaving after breakfast, before 12:00 h) 
• From 7^th January (entering at meal time) to 10^th April (time of leaving after breakfast, before 12:00 h)
• From 20^th April (entering at meal time) to 4^rd June (time of leaving after breakfast, before 12:00 h) 

FOR THE REST OF THE STUDENTS

• From 4^th September (entering at meal time) to 21^st December (time of leaving after breakfast, before 12:00 h)
• From 7^th January (entering at meal time) to 10^th April (time of leaving after breakfast, before 12:00 h)
• From 20^th April (entering at meal time) to 4^th June (time of leaving after breakfast, before 12:00 h)

The stay does not include official holiday periods established by the University of Burgos.  In these vacation periods the Hall of Residence will remain closed. Fully monthly payment will be paid out by the resident for this period.

The hired services included for each resident are the following:

• Full-board accommodation
• House-keeping service from Monday to Friday the cleaning of common areas and eventualities
• Bed linen laundry every other week and towels weekly (resident’s own bed linen and towels should be distinguished by having the owner’s name and room number)
• Internet connection
• 24-hour security
