Current Functional Foods
Current Functional Foods is an interdisciplinary journal dedicated to advancing the scientific understanding of functional foods (both conventional and novel foods) and their role in human health and disease prevention. The journal publishes high-quality, peer-reviewed research on the bioactive properties of food ingredients, their mechanisms of action, and their applications in promoting health and preventing chronic conditions. It serves as a platform for innovative research, reviews, perspectives, and case reports that explore the interactions between diet and health, particularly through the consumption of functional foods. We are committed to providing evidence-based insights on how functional foods can be used in everyday nutrition to support and improve health outcomes across diverse populations.

Current Nutraceuticals
Current Nutraceuticals” publishes original research articles, mini- and full-length reviews, feature articles, technical notes and thematic issues covering all aspects of nutraceuticals, from the isolation and comprehensive characterization of secondary metabolites and their synthesis to the biological activity of nutritional constituents and antioxidants, clinical, population, ethnological and agricultural studies. The journal also explicitly welcomes interdisciplinary contributions considering wider social, cultural, ethical and applied aspects of nutraceuticals and nutrition in modern society.

Current Nutrition & Food Science
Current Nutrition & Food Science publishes frontier research on recent advances in food and nutrition pertaining to their nutritional value, their impact on health and disease, and their molecular and biochemical actions. The journal aims to publish high-quality original research and full-length/mini-review articles, and thematic issues in the following areas: Basic and Molecular Nutrition, Nutrition and Health Modulation, Clinical Nutrition and Public Health, Food Components, Structure, and Function, Food Processing, Preservation, and Analytical Technologies, Future Foods and Innovative Products, Food Sustainability and Circular Bioeconomy

Letters in Functional Foods
Letters in Functional Foods publishes original research articles, short communications, letters, and mini-reviews. In addition, thematic issues are also published. The latest research on healthy foods and biologically active food ingredients are of particular interest, along with nutritional and technological aspects related to the development of functional foods and beverages. Studies on the use of supplements, food ingredients, and naturally functional food and their relationship with consumer health are also welcome.
Emphasis is also placed on publishing articles focusing on investigations into the effects of novel foods as well as their compounds on human health related to non-transmissible chronic diseases such as obesity, metabolic syndrome, diabetes, or cardiovascular disease. The discovery of new ways of using bioactive compounds in foods and synergies between compounds are also of interest to Letters in Functional Foods. Likewise, the use of probiotics and prebiotics in any form in food, whether already present or added, and their evaluation of the effects on any human parameter, including microbiomes, are also well received. Finally, any food-related influences on nutrigenetics, nutrigenomics, epigenetics, transcriptomics, metabolomics, or metagenomics are also welcome.
Letters in Functional Foods is an international, peer-reviewed journal on all aspects of functional foods and beverages, published continuously (print & online) by Bentham Science Publishers.

Recent Advances in Food Nutrition & Agriculture
Recent Advances in Food, Nutrition & Agriculture publishes full length/mini reviews and research articles, and guest edited thematic issues on recent advances in all fields of food science & technology, nutrition and agricultural science & technology. A selection of important and recent advances in the areas covered is also included in the journal. The journal is essential reading for all researchers involved in food, nutrition and agricultural sciences and technology. The journal also covers recent research (where patents have been registered) in fast emerging technologies related to food additives, contaminants and microbiology, micro and macro molecular food supplements, edible alternatives, food chemistry and biochemistry, meat science, nutraceuticals, healthy diet, dairy science, food engineering and processing, cereal science, brewing, and food quality and safety. All aspects of nutrition, including general and clinical nutrition, nutrition metabolism and biochemistry, vitamin research, nutritional value, calorie intake, malnutrition, and associated diseases, are also included in the journal's scope. The journal also welcomes articles related to agricultural engineering, such as the use of advanced machines and equipment for the improvement of crop harvesting, processing, and storage. Plant derivatives, agricultural technology and products, and safety issues related to food, nutrition, and agriculture are also covered in the journal.
