Description
The DESIDERATA project aims to validate the EU's SSbD framework in selected industrial cases, focusing on substituting more sustainable materials for substances of concern. It seeks to advance sectors such as construction and 3D printing by developing solutions for the substitution of these substances. In addition, it will provide lessons for improving the SSbD framework in the European chemical and materials industry. The project is structured around five main objectives: demonstrating the SSbD framework, developing new materials, improving interoperability, promoting safer substances and maximising impact by collaborating with industry and citizens.
