Description

Provide specific tools for the evaluation and acquisition of psychosocial skills and competencies necessary in low-skilled jobs in some industrial sectors such as wind energy, metal manufacturing or mold manufacturing, and other similar positions in which management-related psychosocial occupational risks occur emergency. The training provided will complement the current certified technical training to contribute to the employability, health and quality of life of workers, as well as to the competitiveness of companies.
