Descripción de la jornada:
Ruta muy sencilla, y sin desnivel de subida, pero si habrá que hacer una bonita y larga bajada. Empezaremos en el pueblo de Turzo desde allí bajaremos a orillas del Ebro al bonito pueblo de Villanueva Rampalay y desde allí siempre por la orilla del rio llegaremos a Pesquera de Ebro donde todo el grupo realizará una "actividad sorpresa".
"First dates" en la naturaleza, en la provincia de Burgos, facil y de gran interés paisajístico. Un total de 11 km de colosales farallones esculpidos por la naturaleza, algunos con curiosas formas que podrás descubrir y de los cuales, seguro, te vas a "enamorar".
Con esta actividad la UBU quiere acercar al alumnado internacional con el nacional, a las personas a la naturaleza y a los hábitos saludables, a conocer las maravillas que nos ofrece nuestra provincia, y darse cuenta que la universidad se estudia pero tambien se VIVE, ¡vamos, que no todo consiste en ir a clase!
Horarios de salida:
08.45 h. parada bus urbano “Hospital del Rey” (frente a la F. de Ciencias)
08.46 h. parada bus urbano “Punta Brava” (Bº S. Pedro de la Fuente, altura del Puente Malatos)
08.50 h. parada bus urbano “Puente Santa María” (entre la Merced y la Plaza Vega)
08.55 h. parada bus urbano en Avda. Cantabria a la altura del Nº 57
09.00 h. Aparcamiento exterior del centro comercial "Alcampo", recuento de participantes y comienzo del viaje.
Horario de regreso: Se llegará a Burgos entorno a las 17.00h
RECOMENDACIONES individuales:
- Buena condición física.
- Debes llevar MOCHILA, COMIDA, AGUA (1 l. mínimo) y 1 bolsita para tu basura.
- Material recomendado:
- Botas de montaña
- Pequeño botiquín personal: tiritas, esparadrapo...
- Ropa: ropa de abrigo y lluvia, guantes, gorro/gorra, ...
- Accesorios: paraguas, bastones, cámara de fotos, prismáticos, navaja...
RECOMENDACIONES para el grupo:
- El grupo caminará junto, encabezado y cerrado por las personas responsables de la actividad.
- No te separes del grupo.
- No pierdas el contacto visual con el que te precede.
- Respeta y cuida la montaña, es la mejor forma de disfrutar de la naturaleza.

Description of the activity:
Very simple route, and without slope of rise, but if it will be necessary to do a nice and long descent. We will start in the town of Turzo, from there we will go down to the banks of the Ebro to the beautiful town of Villanueva Rampalay and from there, always along the Ebro, we will arrive at Pesquera de Ebro, where the whole group will carry out a "surprise activity".
It will be a “first date” with nature in our province, a route easy to accomplish and with a great landscape interest. 11 km of colossal cliffs sculpted by nature, some of them with very curious shapes that you can discover and with which you will surely “fall in love”.
With this activity, UBU would like to bring international students closer to local ones, increase students’ interest in nature and healthy habits, let them know about the wonders of our province and realize that we study at university but we also live the university!

08.45 h. Bus stop “Hospital del Rey” (opposite Faculty of Science)
08.46 h. Bus stop “Punta Brava” (Bº S. Pedro de la Fuente, near Malatos Bridge)
08.50 h. Bus stop “Santa María bridge” (between “la Merced” and Vega Square)
08.55 h. Bus stop Avda. Cantabria #55
09.00 h. Outdoor parking of "Alcampo" shopping centre, check of participants attendance and departure.
Return: We will arrive in Burgos around 17.00
Individual Recommendations:
- Good physical condition.
- You must bring a RUCKSACK, FOOD, WATER (1 l. minimum) and 1 bag for your garbage
- Recommended material:
- Hiking boots
- Personal first-aid-kit: band-aids, plaster…
- Clothes: warm and rain clothing, gloves, hat/cap…
- Accessories: umbrella, walking sticks, camera, binoculars, knife…
Group Recommendations:
- The group will walk together, headed and closed by the responsables of the activity.
- Do not separate or leave the group.
- Always make sure you see the person that precedes you
- Respect and care for the mountain, that’s the best way to enjoy the nature.
