Curso para promover el modelo de enseñanza enseñanza-aprendizaje basado en las habilidades futuras y proyectos aplicados que permita a los estudiantes abordar problemas complejos reales aplicando.
Objetivos de aprendizaje:
- Comprender el modelo 50+10, identificando su estructura y cómo combina conocimientos técnicos y competencias con actividades prácticas de enseñanza-aprendizaje.
- Analizar el impacto de los proyectos de innovación pedagógica y cómo evaluar el modelo 50+10 en el aprendizaje del estudiante.
- Aplicar el modelo 50+10 a su proyecto educativo.
Modalidad del curso: taller online interactivo e interés proactivo de los participantes.

Short description / focus: The 50+10 concept is a teaching-learning model based on so-called future skills and applied projects. This model aims to shape the pedagogical approach in undergraduate courses, promoting the development of skills and practical activities that enable students to deal with real and complex problems, boosted simultaneously by moments of Future Skills and technical skills, and thus facilitating deeper transformations in students' knowledge, attitudes and social improvements.

The learning outcomes
The participants will be able to:
• Understanding the 50+10 concept: Participants will be able to explain the 50+10 model, identifying its structure and how it combines future competencies and technical skills in practical teaching-learning activities.
•Analyse the impact of pedagogical innovation projects: Participants will be able to evaluate how the 50+10 model contributes to the transformation of students' knowledge, attitudes and social improvements, promoting a profound change in the educational approach.
• Applying the 50+10 Project to their reality: Students will be able to adapt the project to their HEI.
