Assessment of application and examination of documentation submitted.
The Academic Committee of each doctorate program, having assessed the application and having examined the documentation submitted by each applicant can decide as follows:
- Accept the applicant with no further complementary training required.
In this case, a tutor will be appointed, and the Doctorate School will send a communication to the interested party in which the time frame will be specified for completion of the enrollment on the doctorate program. - Accept the applicant on condition that the applicant follows certain complementary training courses during the first year, commencing with admission to the Doctoral Program.
In this circumstance, a Tutor will be appointed for the applicant and the Doctorate School will send a communication in which the timeframe will be specified for completion of enrollment on the doctoral Program and, likewise, on the training courses, as well as completion of enrollment on the supplementary training courses. - Reject admission of the applicant.
In this case, the Doctoral School will set out the motives for rejection, as well as the timeframe and the type of appeal that the applicant is entitled to present.
