The ad-hoc working team led by the Vice-Rector for Research, Transfer and Innovation, José Miguel García, with the participation of leaders from various university services and representatives of the research community, drafted the 2019-2020 Action Plan, setting the basis to continue improving our practices in the human resources area. At the end of the period, the Action Plan was reviewed in order to adapt it to new European and national regulations and guidelines, correct deviations and strengthen ongoing initiatives. This culminated in the renewed Action Plan 2020-2024 which was applicable until March 2024.
Recently, after the end of the 2020-2024 Action Plan period, the working team has carried out a wide internal review of the initiatives and actions implemented in previous Action Plans. This process, aligned with the Human Resources Strategy for Researchers (HRS4S), has allowed us to evaluate, update and strengthen our practices to continue promoting excellence in our institution.
With these actions, the University of Burgos shows its commitment to excellence in Human Resources management, which are materialised in a new renewed Action Plan 2024-2027 that further strengthens, if possible, the HR Excellence award at the University.
